Board approves AP French materials, dual-enrollment agreement and Panorama curriculum warehouse
Summary
Directors approved updated AP French workbooks, a dual-enrollment agreement with Bucks County Community College, and the purchase of Panorama as the district's curriculum warehouse beginning 2026–27. The Character Strong pilot for K–8 counselors was also approved using grant funding.
The board approved multiple curriculum and student-support items on June 17. Under policy 108 the board authorized purchase of updated AP French workbooks and authorized administration to execute purchases of new accompanying textbooks when published. Directors also approved a dual-enrollment agreement with Bucks County Community College for the 2026–27 school year to allow students to earn college credit in subjects including psychology, sociology, U.S. history and English composition.
Separately, the board approved the purchase of Panorama as the district's curriculum warehouse (referred to on the agenda as a curriculum mapping and organization tool) beginning in 2026–27, and approved a Character Strong pilot program for K–8 school counselors to be funded through Ready to Learn block grant funds. Board members noted the pilot will be evaluated and may be brought back in future budgets if the district chooses to continue it beyond the grant period.
