Staff member said the new treatment-plant unit is scheduled for delivery the week of July 6 and that crews will pour the pad tomorrow; a holding tank and silo are already installed on site. “They're aiming for that week to have it delivered,” Staff member said.
Staff described current operations: everything is going into the existing holding tank and, depending on flow, that tank is pumped out daily or every other day and transported to the treatment plant. The contractor's goal is to have the new unit running by mid‑August; if that deadline is missed, staff said continued pumping will remain the contractor's responsibility and the district will rely on interim measures in the meantime.
