The revenue‑limit resolution was moved by Tom Martin and seconded by Jessie Bird; the election resolution was moved by President Asleson and seconded by Ken Buck. Minutes record both votes as 5‑0 roll call outcomes. The resolutions are recorded in the meeting attachments; the election resolution directs district staff to place the revenue‑limit question on the ballot per the language included in the meeting materials.
District Administrator Dr. Olson said the district is working with CESA6 on a referendum communication plan and a fact sheet to inform voters (attachment). The board also noted planning for the 2026‑27 school calendar and earlier discussion about the district's school‑closing temperature threshold as part of operational considerations that inform budget planning.
The board took no additional public commentary on the measures at the meeting. The resolutions and related attachments were entered into the record and will be part of the materials provided to voters ahead of the election.
