Waterford UHS board approves consent agenda, records staffing changes

The Waterford Union High School Board of Education approved the consent agenda at its March 9, 2026 regular meeting on a 4-0 vote (motion by Mr. Beck, second by Douglas P. Schwartz).
The consent agenda covered routine business including bills paid in the previous month; minutes from the Feb. 16 special and regular meetings; staffing updates noting one resignation, one hire and the retirement of Ms. Newton; field trip requests; Early College Credit and Start College Now requests; and establishment of a new student activity account. The action was recorded as approved without dissent. The board member roster present for the vote was Dennis Purtell, Kelly Datka, Douglas P. Schwartz and Mr. Beck; Mr. Schoenfeld was absent.
