"There followed a motion by Purtell, seconded by Bzdawka, to adjourn into Executive Session under State Statute 19.85 (1) (c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility," the minutes state. The motion passed with "All ayes; motion carried." Board members present were Ashley Bzdawka, Kelly Datka, Dennis Purtell and President Doug Schwartz.
