Middle school principal previews conferences, new paraprofessionals and talent show

Kris Wallace, middle school principal, said middle-school parent-teacher conferences will be held on Feb. 26 from 4:00–8:00 p.m. Wallace reported the middle school welcomed two new paraprofessionals, Mariah Kelch and Mia Kraklow, who are shadowing support staff and learning procedures.
Wallace said student council will shift from planning "Champions of the Winter" to producing a talent show for middle-school students, with auditions planned before spring break. He also noted that 7th- and 8th-grade band and choir students participated in a solo and ensemble event at Unity on Feb. 12 and were commended for their performance.
