The board approved the consent agenda, which included the recommendation to hire Amy Doyle as PJH/PHS Special Education Teacher and the transfer of a special-education instructional assistant, Carrie Nath, to a lead cook position. The consent agenda also recorded three donations: $1,177 to the Family Assistance Fund from Children's Christmas Benefit Charities, $1,500 from Luther Valley Church to the Family Assistance Fund, and $1,000 from Stateline Community Foundation for a PES book vending machine.
Bruce Polheber, Jr. moved to approve the consent items and Art Gibeaut seconded; the motion passed Yea: 5, Nay: 0, Absent: 2. The board also approved prior meeting minutes with Michelle Schwarz recorded as abstaining due to absence.
