Darlington board approves more than $1.2 million in November bills and payroll

At its Dec. 17, 2025 meeting the Darlington Community School District board voted to approve audited bills and payroll for the Nov. 18–Dec. 9, 2025 period, with a motion by Riechers and second by Jason King. The approvals covered General Fund checks #177145–177298 ($329,535.20), November payroll direct deposits ($427,249.50), and payroll benefits/deductions ($443,438.15), among other items.
Board President Bob Hermanson and the auditing committee (Bob Hermanson, Matt Crist, Stacy Gratz and Jason King) also authorized a Dennis Pratt Drama account debit to close ($9,058.71) and a Special Revenue Fund 21 check (#1214) for $6,787.29. The minutes record that the Treasurer's Report was available at the meeting and that the motion to approve payments "carried."
