Planning Commission recommends approval of Esh final land development plan for Krebs Road

The Codorus Township Planning Commission on April 15 recommended approval of a final land development plan for property owned by Christian Esh on Krebs Road, after granting a waiver of the preliminary-plan requirement.

Ryan Haller of Hanover Land Services told the commission that Hanover prepared the land development plan for Mr. Esh and asked the commission to waive the preliminary plan so the final plan could be approved. Jeff Shue of C.S. Davidson told the commission, “the Stormwater Management Plan and the Land Development Plan have been reviewed and are in order and recommended approval of the land development plan.” Brenda Miller moved to recommend approval and Brian Kaltreider seconded; the motion carried and the plan was signed by members of the commission.

The commission recorded that York County Planning Commission review took place. No conditions or additional information were recorded in the minutes beyond the engineering recommendation for approval and the commission’s vote to recommend the plan.
