Parkview to file Jan. 9 pupil count with DPI by Jan. 23; reconciliation coming next month

Administrator Bob Chady informed the finance committee that district staff completed the DPI-required pupil count on Friday, Jan. 9, and that the district’s submission to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is due Jan. 23. He said staff have begun the reporting work and will bring results to the committee once reconciliation between the September and January counts is complete.
Chady said the reconciliation (Sept. pupil count vs. Jan. pupil count) will be shared with the committee and presented to the full school board next month; the minutes do not include count totals or enrollment changes. Committee members will review the reconciliation as part of budget and state-aid planning.
