Lancaster County approves consent‑agenda contracts and several service agreements

At its June 2 meeting the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved a consent agenda that included contracts and amendments for commissary services (C-21-0380), behavioral health services for the pre‑trial release program (C-24-0822), truancy diversion services (C-25-0646) and a Centerpoint agreement for street outreach emergency assistance (C-26-0128).

Separately, the board approved a memorandum of understanding with RDO Truck Center for repair services and purpose-built equipment (cost not to exceed $20,000) and a contract with DH Pace Company for overhead door repair services (cost not to exceed $50,000). The board also approved a purchase order to CentralSquare for the first two annual subscription fees in the amount of $10,800 on behalf of the county sheriff and a contract with First Rate Pumping Services Inc. for pumping, hauling and disposal services (cost not to exceed $8,600).

Each contract and consent‑item motion was approved by roll call votes. The actions together reflect routine procurement and service renewals across county corrections, human services and facilities maintenance.

The consent agenda is designed to bundle routine items expected to pass without dissent; any item may be removed for separate consideration if requested by a commissioner or member of the public.
