Village approves $9.86 million in IEPA loans for water projects

The Village of Summit board voted Jan. 20 to adopt Ordinance 26-O-02, authorizing four loan agreements totaling $9,860,000 with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency under the Public Water Supply Loan Program.
