Sanitary district signs Cloud Permit Public Works module, $14,000 first‑year setup

Staff said the module will allow TAP permits and inspection workflows to be managed online rather than by paper checks and in‑person submittals; the initial fee covers setup and hosting.

"It's approximately $14,000 for the 1st year," the staff presenter said when describing the scope and the plan to include ongoing costs in the annual budget. Commissioners approved the one‑year contract and asked staff to include future hosting costs in next year’s budget; staff also noted the Unity Foundation is reviewing potential reimbursement from an existing grant.
