Wyoming County Schools board approves busy consent agenda, accepts church-provided invoices for review

The Wyoming County Schools board approved a consent agenda that included extracurricular and fundraising requests, bus requests and payment of invoices. Staff told the board the consent packet covered pages 3–32kk for extracurricular items and pages 33–67 for invoices and recommended approval with the addition of hard-copy invoices brought by a local church.

"Our team has vetted all items on, on item a, either by myself or, miss Mitchell, in this, board packet," a staff member said in presenting the packet. The chair called for a motion and second and recorded the approval on a voice vote. The board also recorded no further opposition during the roll call on the motion.

Board members were given the opportunity to review the additional invoice copies in hard copy, and staff noted they would forward any required documentation to state offices where appropriate. The board’s next regular meeting was noted for early September at Central Office.
