The board routinely accepted these agreements and noted that absent respondents had been properly noticed.

Why it matters: the stipulations close multiple case files while giving respondents structured, enforceable deadlines to come into compliance. Operational costs recoup some administrative expense while the county retains authority to abate violations and assess costs to property owners if deadlines are missed.
