Planning commission compiles strategic‑plan feedback, asks staff to submit consolidated response

Staff committed to compile the commission's feedback and submit a consolidated response to the City Clerk before the next meeting; commissioners voted to approve submission of the compiled document. The commission asked staff to aim for clearer timing on agenda publication and to identify opportunities for shorter, topic‑focused UDC workshops so commissioners can give more granular feedback on code edits.
