The commenter said Dig Alert needs more than two days' notice in many cases and offered training to investigators so portal data can be accessed and used directly.

Miss Jackson told the board that Dig Alert had spent resources to create investigator-accessible reports and that delayed requests had required resending tickets from 2024. "Dig Alert spent considerable time and resources to provide the information requested," she said on the record. The chair thanked her and said staff would look for ways to coordinate notice and data access.
