Premier Lakes update: nano‑bubbler repairs delayed as manufacturer undergoes staffing changes

Dustin Horman of Premier Lakes told the River Ridge Community Development District board on March 24 that Premier Lakes’ representative Bill Kurth has had trouble obtaining needed technical information from Mollier, the manufacturer of the H1‑B and E7‑A nano bubblers, because Mollier is experiencing staff turnover. Horman said Kurth has escalated requests to decision‑makers and will provide another update at the next meeting.

Horman also reported routine maintenance activity: crews recently worked in the flow way and, “since this is the time of year when weeds germinate due to the lack of water, mowing will commence in the dry retention areas in two weeks and will take two days to complete.” The board did not take action on the nano bubbler repairs; the item will remain on future agendas.
