Riley County Commission held its December 30, 2024 meeting, approving routine consent items including a used fire pumper purchase, grant and permit agreements, a first amendment to the countys correctional healthcare contract, and several advisory-board appointments. The commission recessed to an executive session on a personnel discipline appeal and, on return, approved disciplinary action and directed counsel to notify the parties.
