Victoria City Parks and Recreation Commission held its Nov. 12 meeting where commissioners voted for the Parks commission to serve also as the Victoria Tree Board and staff presented capital projects including Bronson Park playground upgrades, a prefabricated restroom at Ethely Tracy Park, Pine Street playground procurement, and a Riverside Park grant study; staff also previewed two community-center cost options for council review.
