At its Dec. 17 quarterly meeting, the Home Inspection Licensing Board heard a report from the Consumer Protection Department’s investigation unit about one open complaint and one closed, unresolved complaint and discussed an investigation into organizations listing unlicensed or retired inspectors on websites. The board postponed a decision on whether certain housing code inspections qualify toward licensing until its next meeting.
