At a recent Town of Blackstone Planning Board meeting, staff and consultants updated the board on draft stormwater rules required by the town's MS4 permit and an EPA administrative order (Dec. 13 deadline); the board set a schedule for review, public hearing and potential adoption, appointed members to the capital outlay committee, approved several bills and recorded a recusal and an appeal notice relating to 307 Blackstone.
