State Board of Finance convened to review Treasury investments, approve quarterly motions and an investment policy, adopt medical drug formulary changes from EBD, and approve a proposed rule to oversee voluntary employee benefit products; several administrative motions carried and public comment/appeal processes for excluded drugs were described.
