Kitsap County Board of Commissioners held its final 2024 meeting on Dec. 9. The board swore in Christine Rolfes as County Commissioner District 1, approved several appointments and funding measures (wage increase and an eviction-prevention contract amendment), adopted the 2025 community planning docket with a pre-planning amendment, and heard public comments about alleged failures to enforce critical-area protections.
