Loveland City Council met in a regularly scheduled session. Council recessed into an executive session about a harassment complaint, returned to approve staff training and several personnel-related motions, heard multiple new-business motions on homelessness and accountability, and spent more than an hour debating whether the city should fund a forensic audit of the Loveland Urban Renewal Authority (LURA).
