Norwalk City Council on Dec. 19, 2024 held public hearings and votes that approved the voluntary annexation of roughly 2,910 acres in the city’s southwest corridor, advanced multiple zoning code amendments (including rules for tattoo studios and corner-lot fences), and approved several resolutions including a northeast sewer district connection fee schedule and authorization to pursue a SAFER grant application.
