The Middletown Board of Estimates met to approve minutes, authorize several budget transfers and amendments, accept a donation, approve an intermunicipal patrol agreement with Mount Hope, declare vehicles and equipment surplus, adopt a time-clock policy, approve a water billing adjustment, and adjourn.
