The Middletown Board of Estimate held a regular meeting on Nov. 14 covering the 2025 water and sewer budget public hearing and adoption, a $10 million bond amendment for the O&W building project, fire-department budget transfers, a three-year ambulance services contract, surplus-vehicle awards, relief of delinquent water/sewer bills, and a resolution to commit local funds for a DOT traffic-operations project.
