Roseburg City Council met April 22, 2024. Council issued two proclamations, approved three ordinances (including a telecommunications franchise to Patriot Mobile LLC), awarded an ADA curb‑ramp contract to the lowest bidder, authorized an amendment to an ODOT intergovernmental agreement to rehabilitate the Stewart Park Drive/Veterans bridge and separately asked staff to press the State Historic Preservation Office on bridge color, and directed staff to prepare a work session on downtown/off‑street parking funding options.
