Roseburg City Council met May 13, 2024. Council issued proclamations for EMS Week and National Public Works Week, heard a staff report and public input on the Homeless Commission and directed staff to pursue a strategic plan, closed out a $250,000 CDBG grant for Reality Kitchen, and adopted a series of fee increases and other resolutions including water fees, recreational immunity opt-in, and an IGA with ODOT for the Parker Road/Newton Creek bridge.
