Midtown Redevelopment Board met Nov. 12, 2024, heard a District 1 police report including a cleared homicide, received updates from redevelopment staff about recent property acquisitions including the former Campbell Hotel and plans for mixed-use and townhomes, reviewed DSNAP preregistration and a Hurricane Milton grant, heard public comments on dredging, festivals, housing and fencing setbacks, and approved the agenda and minutes.
