At a Dec. 17, 2024 special meeting and study session, Shoreline School Board received a Human Resources department update covering hiring and retention data, process improvements (including electronic fingerprinting and digital contracts), substitute coverage, bargaining timelines and a proposal to develop a district professionalism/civility policy; staff will return with measurable diversity goals and a policy proposal before spring.
