Ormond Beach City Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency held a joint meeting on Dec. 3, 2024. Commissioners approved multiple first-read ordinances and resolutions, including redevelopment and land-use amendments, and spent extensive time on a large Ormond Crossings master-plan amendment that would allow single-family homes in part of the project and update the conceptual plan.
