The Industrial Development Board held a meeting to consider Resolution 24-1 to induce Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. to construct a retail store and donation center in White House; the board approved the measure in concept and asked staff and counsel to return with final financing documents for a later vote.
