Plaistow Planning Board met Dec. 18 to conduct roll call, accept minutes, and hold public hearings on a slate of proposed zoning amendments (Z25-1, Z25-3, Z25-4, Z25-7, Z25-8, Z25-10 and others). Major public debate focused on proposed wetland buffer changes and a new definition limiting temporary structures to 180 days; several hearings were continued to Jan. 15, 2025 for further review and definition work.
