The Franklin Redevelopment Commission met to elect officers, approve December minutes and a series of 2025 appropriation resolutions for utilities, bond and lease payments, road and roundabout projects, and to receive the December financial report and several project updates including funding for Izzo’s on Jefferson. Multiple resolutions were approved unanimously and staff presented cash-flow and grant updates.
