The City of National City council convened, established a quorum, heard no public comment, then moved into a closed session to discuss three litigation matters. The city attorney named two existing lawsuits (Humana v. City of National City and Cummins v. City of National City) and said there was one anticipated litigation matter. The council reconvened and said it would report out at the end of the meeting.
