Huber Heights council work session debated updates to public participation rules and considered a proposal to extend public water lines to parts of the Bellefontaine Road area. Council advanced the draft rules of council amendments to the next regular meeting by unanimous consent and directed staff to develop a tap-in district plan for waterline extensions and to contact affected property owners for interest and boundary work.
