Tunkhannock Area SD board held its annual reorganization and regular meeting, electing Holly Arnold president and Phil Farr vice president, adopting meeting dates, approving routine contracts and budgets, tabling a tax-collector pay increase, and hearing a public comment alleging improper handling of a student transfer and potential cyberharassment.
