Acting chair opened the Nov. 14, 2024 meeting, noted Chair Jackson was excused, and the commission moved to approve minutes from Oct. 3, 10 and 24 with the caveat that identified spelling errors would be corrected (motion made by Speaker 2; second noted).
The Lehi City Planning Commission on Nov. 14, 2024 approved multiple concept plans and recommended a narrowly framed development-code amendment to allow case-by-case exceptions to vehicular connectivity where a commercial loading dock would create an incompatible traffic pattern. Commissioners also approved two veterinary clinic concept plans and several subdivision requests; public commenters raised concerns about fencing, lighting and buffering for the proposed Valley Vet site.
