St. Joseph County election board met to approve minutes, discuss candidate committee filings, expand deputy election commissioner duties and zones, decide procedures for opening absentee ballots and ballot drop-off, authorize cancellation of 111 incomplete voter registrations, review weekend building work that may affect voting, approve training contract and hear early-voting totals and public comments.
