The Holyoke City Council Finance Committee met to consider a series of grant acceptances and small capital transfers for police and city facilities, to review a cultural-humility training grant, and to revisit three negotiated settlement items with the Holyoke Professional Supervisors Association, which the committee voted to deny funding and send back to the full council.
