Everett City Council held a regularly scheduled meeting to approve several grants and licenses, consider disclosures and staffing for recent elections, hear requests to refer items to committees, and postpone reviews of water billing and lead-letter communications. The council also voted to honor outgoing Council President Robert VanCampen and postponed a portrait resolution for additional research.
