Washington County commissioners and Clear Spring town leaders held a joint meeting in Clear Spring to thank volunteers, discuss community events and the 250th anniversary planning, raise local infrastructure and property concerns (including ongoing legal fees and mobile-home lot negotiations), and then adjourned after citizen comment period with no public comments.
