TACIR staff presented two final reports for commission approval: a report on the liquor-by-the-drink tax and restaurant regulations, and a report on emergency communications on college and university campuses (including recommendations for TBI reporting, call recording, and disclosure of Title IX statistics). The commission voted to accept the campus emergency communications report; other business and tentative January meeting dates were announced.
