The Sebastopol Design Review Board met December 17, 2024. The board approved a tree removal permit for a hazardous Coast live oak at 426 West Street and heard planning updates including the hiring of a new community development director and a forthcoming combined meeting on the Barlow Hotel development agreement. Staff also reported on staffing changes and upcoming transportation and development items.
