The City of Perris Planning Commission met on Dec. 4, 2024. Commissioners approved a parcel merger and development plan review for a 24,090-square-foot industrial building in the Perris Valley Commerce Center by a 3-0 vote and conducted a public scoping session for the Vallarta Marketplace shopping center environmental impact report (EIR). Several larger land-use items were continued to the Dec. 18 meeting due to recusals and absence of a quorum.
