The Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks Commission met in Wichita to consider changes to hunting and furbearer regulations, review threatened/endangered listings, discuss delays in rule promulgation (including a stalled nonresident waterfowl permit), hear public comment (including students urging ornate box turtle conservation), review department finances and consider new senior license options.
