Tehachapi City Council held an organizational meeting with oaths of office for newly elected officials, elected a new mayor and mayor pro tem, adopted a CEQA notice for the Valley Boulevard resurfacing Phase 2 project, heard a presentation and demo of a new legislative-tracking tool (GovBuddy), received city manager updates on holiday events and a county firefighting helicopter, and adjourned to closed session.
