Council heard a public harassment complaint, a school district presentation about a proposed $59 million bond, approved several street-closure permits, approved multiple public-works contracts and purchases (including water and sewer projects), reviewed funding options for two garbage trucks, considered updated building-permit fees and a disputed vendor bill, and received departmental reports.
